Joined the business as a project surveyor. Qualified as a Member of the RICS in 1999. Appointed as an associate partner of Hardy, Hill, Carruth in 2001 and an equity partner of Carruth Marshall Partnership in 2012 and subsequently Marshall Kenny Partnership. Established Marshall Kenny Limited in 2019.

Extensive experience of residential, retail, leisure and commercial projects mostly in the private sector. Familiar with most standard forms of contract and methods of procurement. An experienced Employer’s Agent and Project Manager.
